WORKFLOW

1 - RESEARCH

When I work on a game or level project, I always start with paper research. I draw in-game views, top-down level views, flowcharts of the game progress, etc...

I always need to start with paper research, where I am more comfortable to create.

2 - DOCUMENTATION

After my work on paper, sometimes difficult to read, I clean up these documents in the form of working documents: Game concept, Game Design Document, Flowchart.

This phase allows me to confirm my ideas as well as to share my work more easily with the people on my team, my preparatory work on paper not being very readable.

3 - PROTOTYPE & ITERATION

After writing the documents, I start making prototypes in order to test my ideas as soon as possible. I keep making prototypes through different iterations.
