ROLE: SYSTEMS DESIGNER  |  TECHNICAL DESIGNER

Game pitch: Noara: The Conspiracy revisits turn-based strategy games and offers a new experience in an original heroic-fantasy universe, using real-time mechanics.

​My tasks:

  • Lead of a small 3 designers team

  • Design and ownership of an MMR system (based off ELO and TrueSkill)

  • AI Design (Player vs Computer mode)

  • Data collection system

  • Rapid prototyping on Unity using C#

  • Content design (new units, new items, new game modes)

  • Writing and updating the GDD

ROLE: LEAD DESIGNER  |  TECHNICAL DESIGNER  |  LEVEL DESIGNER

From the Shadows won 3rd place at the Game Development World Championship 2020 in the Hobby category.

​

Game pitch: From the Shadows is a cooperative puzzle-platformer in which players must escape from a mysterious castle by solving puzzles and overcoming traps around the mechanics of Shadow and Light.

​

My tasks:

  • Lead of a 5 designers team

  • Link between the Design, Art and Engineering team

  • Writing and updating the GDD

  • Rapid prototyping on Unity using C#

  • Development of tools allowing for in-game dialogue implementation

  • Design of some levels and building them into chapters, paying attention to the difficulty curve

Global Game Jam - 48h

ROLE: GAME DESIGNER  |  C# PROGRAMMER

Game pitch: Undership is a party game made in 48 hours during the Global Game Jam 2020. In this game, inspired by classics such as Overcooked,  players must work together to repair the boat, or risk ending up at the bottom of the ocean.
